Our On-Road Services (On Duty)*

  1. In the condition of puncture, we provide a tube replacement facility at the cost of 150 Rs/per tube. (Only Available Between 7pm to 4am)
  2. In the condition of the breakdown of the vehicle, we’ll provide help on your breakdown location.
  3. In case of emergency exhaustion of petrol, we’ll provide you petrol on actual cost. (Only Available Between 10pm to 2am)
  4. In case of theft/damage, we’ll provide you a spare bike for upto 15 days.
  5. We’ll take 10 Rs/per km charge in the condition of order drop. (Depends on Available Service Partner)

Mobile Related Services (On Duty)*

  1. In case of theft/loss, we’ll provide you with a spare mobile for 1 or 2 weeks. (On FIR Basis)
  2. In the case of mobile damage, we’ll provide you with a spare mobile for 1 week. (On Service Center Slip Basis)

Emergency Help (On Duty)*

  1. In case of an accident, we’ll provide you help to get admission in hospital. (As Per Your Current Insurance)
  2. We’ll provide help with Puncture & Bike damage condition on live order within 10km radius of your primary zone.

Extra Benefits*

  1. We’ll provide you 12 bike services in a year including engine oil. Serivce dosen’t include any type of reparing work. If you want any reparing work then you have to come separately for it, to get discounted reparing service. (1 Service/Per Month Mandatory)
  2. We’ll provide Emergency COD Top-up of Upto 500 Rs. to 1000 Rs. & You have to return the amount on next day before 12pm. (Only Available Between 10pm to 11:59pm)
  3. We’ll provide you vehicle repairing service at actual cost of spare parts.

All transactions, which cannot be carried out instantaneously, shall be carried out during working hours either on the same day or on the next working day or such further period as may be determined and/or specified by WFM Service depending upon the time of logging of the transaction. All transactions that are carried out by and on behalf of the Customer shall be subject to Government notifications, the rules, regulations, and guidelines issued by the Regulatory and Development Authority, the Securities and Exchange Board of India.
