Our On-Road Services (On Duty)*

  1. In the condition of puncture, we provide a tube replacement facility at the cost of 150 Rs/per tube.
  2. In the condition of the breakdown of the vehicle, we’ll provide help on your breakdown location.
  3. In case of emergency exhaustion of petrol, we’ll provide you petrol on actual cost.
  4. In case of theft/damage, we’ll provide you a spare bike for upto 15 days.
  5. We’ll take 10 Rs/per km charge in the condition of order drop.

Mobile Related Services (On Duty)*

  1. In case of theft/loss, we’ll provide you with a spare mobile for 1 or 2 weeks.
  2. In the case of mobile damage, we’ll provide you with a spare mobile for 1 week.

Emergency Help (On Duty)*

  1. In case of an accident, we’ll provide you help to get admission in hospital.
  2. We’ll provide help with Puncture & Bike damage condition on live order within 10km radius of your primary zone.

Extra Benefits*

  1. We’ll provide you 12 bike services in a year including engine oil.
  2. We’ll provide Emergency COD Top-up of Upto 500 Rs. to 1000 Rs. & You have to return the amount on next day before 12pm.
  3. We’ll provide you vehicle repairing service at actual cost of spare parts.
